POSITION OVERVIEW Routeware is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our UK sales team. In this role, you will focus exclusively on selling Routeware's software and technology solutions to Local Authorities and private waste haulers throughout the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships with customers and prospects, understanding operational challenges, and delivering technology solutions that create measurable value. This position requires regular travel throughout the UK to meet with customers, attend industry events, conduct presentations, and build long-term partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company and execute a territory sales plan focused on acquiring new municipal and private contractor customers across the UK. Build relationships with local authority stakeholders, including Waste Services Managers, Environmental Services Leaders, Operational Managers, Procurement Teams, IT and Executive Leadership. Generate and manage a pipeline of reputed company opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and inbound leads. reputed company the full sales cycle from initial reputed company through contract negotiation and reputed company. Conduct in-person and virtual presentations, product demonstrations, and discovery meetings. Understand customer operational challenges and align Routeware solutions to their business needs. Prepare proposals, respond to procurement requests, and support tender submissions. Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management reputed company CRM systems. Represent Routeware at industry conferences, trade shows, and municipal events. Travel regularly throughout the UK to support customer meetings and business development activities. REQUIREMENTS Demonstrated reputed company in a business development, Account Executive, or field sales role. Experience selling software, SaaS, technology, or operational solutions to public sector organisations, municipalities, local authorities, or reputed company industries preferred. Proven ability to manage reputed company sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience using CRM platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools. Full UK driving licence required.
