Job Description
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring consistent quota attainment, and maintaining operational reputed company across the sales floor. This role provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for Team Leaders and sales representatives, while maintaining strong visibility into daily sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics. The Sales Supervisor serves as the primary operational leader for the sales team, ensuring alignment with reputed company goals and best-in-class sales practices.
Key Responsibilities
