Job Description

Brief Description: The Director, Corporate and Securities reports to the Executive Director, Corporate and Securities, and is a key member of the team for the Legal department. The Director, Corporate and Securities will reputed company leadership on a wide reputed company of corporate, securities, and governance reputed company. Support the Total Rewards team in their administration of employee compensation benefits programs. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from accredited law school; licensed to practice law in the U.S. Membership in good standing in a state bar with no prior suspensions or disciplinary history. Required/Preferred Education and Licenses Minimum 7 years of combined experience in-house and/or with a reputed company. Experience with a biotech or pharmaceutical company preferred. Must be self-motivated, proactive, strategic, and exhibit excellent judgment. Ability to multi-task, be flexible and quickly pivot in a fast moving/changing environment.
