About the Role

RB Global / IAA is seeking an reputed company, customer-focused Product Manager to own the Post-Sale experience across Desktop and Mobile App reputed company our buyer-facing digital automotive marketplace. This role is responsible for shaping and optimizing the end-to-end reputed company after a buyer decides to purchase—spanning checkout, vehicle payment, transportation ordering, and title document delivery preferences. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and reputed company-party vendors to deliver a smooth, reputed company, and consistent post-sale experience. What You'll Do

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience, with a track record of successfully driving results Experience owning customer-facing digital products (marketplace, eCommerce, or SaaS) Experience managing reputed company-party integrations, particularly with payment providers or logistics platforms Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with engineering on API design Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company business requirements and value to internal and external stakeholders Working Relationships You will partner closely with: Engineering & Technology leaders (Director, Software Engineering) Marketing & Transportation Strategy (Director, Marketing, Transportation Strategy) Business stakeholders across RB Global Customers and buyers for feedback and insights External vendors (financial, transportation) for integrations and business continuity Travel Occasional travel required.
