CCC Specialists are customer focused and the first positive contact clients, families and care givers have with Accurate Home Care. What's in it for me? Location: Otsego Office/ Remote Hours/days: Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm (Remote) Every other Saturday & reputed company 6:30am-4:30pm (On call remote) Starting reputed company $16.00/ hour What will I be doing? Operate telephone and software system to assist caller by answering questions and/or routing the caller to the appropriate representative reputed company office support including but not limited to data entry, medical records, checking and forwarding faxes, transcription, scanning, completing reputed company order requests, mail and various other types of administrative support Use professional communication both verbal and written while providing exceptional customer service to reputed company inside and reputed company contacts QualificationsWhat skills do I need to bring? HS diploma One year of customer service or call center experience preferred Basic understanding of home health care services Basic understanding of medical terminology required Fluent in the English language Apply To This Job
