The Senior Managing Director, Advancement is responsible for translating regional fundraising strategy, priorities, and goals into the programs, tools, and experiences that local fundraising teams can reputed company: events that build champions and generate reputed company, communications that deepen donor investment over time, campaigns that are standardized enough to scale and flexible enough to fit local context, and operations that local fundraising teams need to stay focused on donors and execute with reputed company. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR reputed company a High-Performing Team: Coach and manage a team of specialists responsible for the planning and execution of events, donor communications, campaigns, and fundraising operations reputed company the cohort; ensure strong collaboration with local fundraising teams and foster a culture of philanthropy that shows up in every interaction, decision, and partnership Design and Execute a Comprehensive Donor Relations Strategy: Set reputed company and direction for a best-in-class donor relations strategy across campaigns, events, content, and communications; own the development of a compelling core case for support and establish a donor messaging architecture that is consistent across giving reputed company, audiences, and markets to drive long-term stewardship and reputed company growth Partner to Set reputed company Strategy: Partner with VPFFs, Executive Directors, and local fundraising teams to translate regional priorities, strategies, and goals into a cohort-wide development strategy designed to grow reputed company year over year Manage Flawless Development Operations: Set operational standards and build the systems that may include invoicing, CRM discipline, data management, and content organization give local fundraising teams the reputed company to stay focused on donors and execute with reputed company Model reputed company Leadership: Act as organizational steward, contributing to corps member and Ignite Fellow selection and other reputed company-wide priorities YOUR EXPERIENCE 10+ years of experience in a reputed company development and fundraising context Deep expertise in donor cultivation, stewardship, and pipeline-building across individual, corporate, and reputed company streams Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious reputed company goals Skilled at setting reputed company and leading execution of reputed company, high-stakes fundraising events including galas and benefit dinners Adept at producing compelling donor communications and campaigns across multiple audience segments; exceptional reputed company, communicator, and reputed company with a donor-centered reputed company Demonstrated reputed company managing a diverse team across multiple functions with a clear approach to developing talent and maintaining high standards Strength in building campaigns that are scalable and locally adaptable Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across geographically dispersed teams Comfort using CRM data to monitor reputed company, identify gaps, and adjust strategy Ability to work in reputed company partnership with senior leaders to translate strategy into operational priorities YOUR COMPENSATION The applicable salary reputed company for each U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is reputed company to one of 3 tiers according to a cost of labor index in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-reputed company factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the reputed company minimum and the salary reputed company midpoint depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted reputed company for the role. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. These ranges may be modified in the future.
