Senior Capture Director

reputed company is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Capture Director to support our Digital Modernization Group. As a driver of group growth, this highly visible role will work closely with reputed company’s most senior leaders to reputed company strategy and drive business growth for the group’s largest and most strategic opportunities. This role is centered on understanding market trends, technical direction, and customer priorities, then translating that intelligence into compelling capture strategies and winning proposals. This role is fully remote and requires occasional travel to Reston, VA. Manage the capture process from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal development and award. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in capture management. Proven track record of winning single-award task orders/reputed company of $75M+. 5+ years of experience working across the full capture lifecycle, including expertise in price-to-win strategies. 3+ years of experience in bidding capabilities in reputed company-reputed company application development, platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), reputed company experience. Strong background in executing both traditional Shipley-based capture processes and leading abbreviated capture to secure bids reputed company to emerging government priorities. Experience supporting both the Department of War (DoW) and Federal Civilian agencies. Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and effective RFP shaping strategies. Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
