Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: reputed company AI-assisted document and administrative pipelines Optimize client reputed company and intake workflows through automation implement reinforcement email systems and automated follow-up workflows Manage executive priorities, calendars, and operational follow-reputed company to ensure alignment and execution reputed company and maintain structured knowledge libraries and training resources Create automated systems for content repurposing, transcript extraction, and knowledge organization Build and implement AI-driven workflows to streamline administrative and operational tasks Support conversion reputed company optimization and operational efficiency initiatives Design and maintain professional sales presentations and branded templates Manage and track firmwide project timelines across legal, sales, and administrative teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows Coordinate projects, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution Build internal workflow systems to improve team productivity Identify opportunities to reduce reputed company work through automation and system improvements Assist in CRM management, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency Support webinar coordination and automate post-event processes Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English with strong professional communication skills
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or in a systems-focused support role
- Availability to overlap at least 4 hours daily with U.S. Eastern Time
- Highly AI-reputed company with experience using tools such as reputed company, Claude, or reputed company

- Experience building workflows independently using no-code or low-code platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations
