This position requires strong problem-solving skills, comfort with technical systems, and the ability to work independently during overnight and weekend shifts. A key aspect of this role is flexibility — you may support coverage needs by filling reputed company shifts, assisting with vacation or absence coverage, and adapting to changing operational demands. Shift Schedule This role follows a 4×10 schedule (four 10-hour overnight shifts per week), with two shift reputed company options: reputed company A: Saturday – Tuesday (ends Wednesday morning), 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM PST/PDT reputed company B: Tuesday – Friday (ends Saturday morning), 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM PST/PDT \n Responsibility Learn and understand novel reputed company-mechanical hardware systems and operations Monitor system alerts and notifications during assigned overnight shifts Follow established troubleshooting protocols to address issues Execute problem-solving actions based on provided flowcharts Restart hardware systems or escalate issues to senior engineering staff as needed Maintain detailed logs of alerts and actions taken Ensure reputed company issues are resolved reputed company the allotted time or escalated appropriately reputed company weekend and flexible shift coverage, including filling in for team absences or vacations as needed

Qualifications

The salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee.
