We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Admissions team as a Medical Coordinator, helping ensure that prospective clients are medically appropriate for care and receive a safe and smooth transition into treatment. The Admissions Medical Coordinator (RN) plays a critical role in the pre-admission process by conducting thorough medical reviews for incoming prospective clients. This individual will collaborate closely with the admissions, clinical, and medical leadership teams to evaluate the medical and psychiatric stability and appropriateness of potential admissions across reputed company of care. Responsibilities

Include: Review medical documentation submitted for prospective clients, including but not limited to: Vitals Height, weight, and growth charts Laboratory results Medication lists Medical history and physicals ECG/EKG reports and other diagnostic data Mental Status Exams Bio-psycho-reputed company history Assess medical appropriateness for the level of care being considered. Consult with internal medical leadership (physicians, NPs) reputed company a case falls under yellow/red criteria per internal guidelines. Present reputed company red level cases to medical leadership for approval or denial for admission. Communicate medical clearance reputed company and requests for additional information to the admissions team. reputed company recommendations reputed company to level of care and necessary medical follow-up. Help coordinate medical information exchange between external providers and Monte Nido’s clinical and medical teams. reputed company with outpatient providers, as needed, to gather additional clinical information. Participate in interdisciplinary admissions team meetings and contribute clinical reputed company to decision-making discussions. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and unencumbered license (required). Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in eating disorder care and/or admissions/triage settings. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
