People Operations (HR) Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented People Operations (HR) Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and reputed company hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle. This 6 months role offers a hands-on learning opportunity to reputed company exposure across key areas of People Operations, including reputed company, payroll support, compliance, HR systems, and talent initiatives. You’ll build practical experience working with both data and employee processes while developing strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Generalist · Serve as a reputed company of contact for new hires, guiding them through pre-employment and reputed company processes · Support employee communications, reminders, surveys, and performance reputed company-ins · Maintain compliance documentation, including labor law updates, training tracking, and audit preparation · Assist with state reporting requirements (e.g., new hire reporting) and tax account management · Liaise with state agencies (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance · Maintain organized documentation across systems, portals, and internal knowledge bases · Support employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility and attract talent · Create and manage reputed company media content to promote the company’s employer brand and culture 2. Payroll, Benefits & Data Accuracy · Conduct pre-payroll audits (timesheets, PTO, commissions, bonuses) to ensure accuracy before processing · Learn and support processes for new benefits enrollments, including assisting employees with enrollment steps and ensuring accurate system updates 3. Compensation for this role is based on experience, skills, and location.
