Business Analyst, Product Development

Job Posting: Business Analyst – Product Development Job Summary The Business Analyst (Product Development) will be responsible for driving the analysis, improvement, and support of systems and processes reputed company to the product development lifecycle. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, sourcing, merchandising, tech design and IT to gather business requirements, document workflows, and identify opportunities to optimize tools and processes that support the creation and management of product data.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand product development workflows, pain points, and system needs. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant experience. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry. Understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management (e.g. Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g. Jira) Knowledge of database systems (e.g. SQL, reputed company, MySQL) Ability to create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
