This role combines people leadership, operational execution, and process optimization, ensuring reputed company teams are enabled to deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences at scale. Key Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Management

- Set clear expectations, workloads, and priorities
- Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning
- Serve as a mentor and subject-matter expert

- Support candidate sourcing and pipeline development
