About the Proposals Development Associate II: The Proposals Development Associate is responsible for supporting business development in the winning of new business for reputed company. As a Proposals Development Associate you will be responsible for organizing and preparing high quality customer-focused proposals and budgets. This opening will align with reputed company's Early Phase group. Job Description: reputed company and prepare reputed company client focused proposals, budgets and client grids for new business opportunities and ensure that the reputed company required information is provided in the final proposal reputed company given timeframe Adhere to the proposal process Chair kick-off and resource meetings and coordinate the participation of appropriate personnel in the proposal development process Set-up and participate in clinical strategy meetings for key/ non-key opportunities Liaise with the appropriate personnel including sales, strategic proposal development and operations throughout the proposal reputed company to ensure that the proposal and strategy meets the business needs in line with triage reputed company Prepare costs for proposals by interacting with operational departments to coordinate costs and assumptions Submit final proposal, on time, to Account Manager or designee Coordinate and participate in negotiations and discussions with clients as required Attend bid defense and other client meetings in a support role reputed company required Coordinate and prepare budgets and specifications for reputed company for new business awards (where appropriate) Clarify contract specifications with the Manager, Proposals; Project Manager; and/or Account Manager (where applicable) Solicit input and review of proposals, budgets and reputed company (where applicable) from the relevant operational departments including Manager, Proposals and Account Manager Ability and willingness to travel at least 5% of the time (international and domestic: fly and drive) To succeed you will need: At least 3 years’ relevant experience with a strong working knowledge of the consultancy reputed company and/or Phase I clinical trials and exceptional reputed company & Word skills Prior reputed company Mapping experience required.
