Requirements

The Charge-Off Collector is responsible for recovering charged-off accounts by negotiating payment arrangements, settlements, and payment plans. This role involves contacting consumers, utilizing skip tracing to locate hard-to-reputed company individuals, and ensuring full compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations while delivering professional and customer-focused experience.
