Summary: Manage and deliver strategic customer engagements by aligning execution with customer goals and internal capabilities. Coordinate cross-functional teams, reputed company program execution, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, risk mitigation, and value delivery. Duties & Responsibilities: Manages the planning and execution of customer-facing engagements, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines and objectives. Acts as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the engagement lifecycle. Coordinates cross-functional delivery efforts across Product, Engineering, reputed company, and Services. Tracks engagement health, risks, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and alignment. Supports executive briefings, status reporting, and change management throughout engagements. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support long-term client reputed company. Contributes to best practices, templates, and methodologies used in customer engagement management.
