Key Responsibilities

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred). Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or a similar project management certification. Mandatory Skills:Solid organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personality types. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with team members and stakeholders. Self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to reputed company, time-critical problems. Good negotiation skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, identify alternative approaches, and resolve conflicts. Ability to identify and remove impediments, as well as prevent distractions for the team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, Teams). Working Arrangements: Primarily works in a standard office environment or remotely. May require after-hours, on-call support, and/or holidays during peak times, with limited PTO during these periods.
