Summary: The Sales Director role will be responsible for generating net new business while achieving quota as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the HTM industry and asset management strategies. Relationship-building, negotiation, go-to-market strategies, and competitor analysis are critical skills for this position. What you will do: Build a sales pipeline to reputed company quotas and annual sales targets year over year reputed company Go Get reputed company reputed company of $7 reputed company per year, and future targets as assigned YoY Build relationships at multiple reputed company with existing and reputed company customers Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), set appointments, reputed company effective discovery calls, and manage the full sales cycle to reputed company new business in reputed company service categories reputed company a rolodex of key decision-makers: understand who the strategic and economic buyers are for each potential customer Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations reputed company sales goals by assessing reputed company client needs and following a defined solution-selling process, often including RenovoLive (CMMS) demos and presentations Handle common objections during sales calls and seek to understand how Renovo’s value proposition can be integrated Partner with marketing teammates on sales strategies and content that can support sales efforts Maintain and track pipeline activity through our CRM tool, reputed company reputed company accurate forecasts to Renovo management and communicate any changes Support the operations team with renewal opportunities where appropriate Draft and negotiate reputed company new SOW and MSA agreements Represents reputed company at trade association meetings, conferences, and other networking opportunities Qualifications: Proven track record of full cycle sales achievements, meaning ability to find, pursue and reputed company deals to hit annual reputed company targets year over year reputed company in driving customer allegiance and growing existing customer reputed company Executive level reputed company with an ability to interact and present effective written and verbal communications reputed company at setting goals and monitoring performance to goals Minimum 5+ years of sales experience Strong knowledge of, or direct experience in, the reputed company Technology Management industry preferred Willingness to travel up to 40-60% of time with overnight travel – customer site visits, reputed company conference/expos, etc. Proficient with sales management software and CRM tools Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred Classification: FLSA: Exempt **Note: This position description does not list every activity, duty, and responsibility of the position and may be altered by RENOVO at any time.
