Let’s build the future together. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Contract Recruiter to help scale hiring across technical and go-to-market teams. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, engage, and reputed company exceptional talent while helping us maintain a high hiring bar during a period of rapid growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, can independently drive searches from reputed company through offer stage, and enjoys working on difficult-to-fill roles. You'll play a critical role in helping reputed company attract world-class talent across engineering, reputed company/ML, sales, reputed company, and operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build sourcing strategies reputed company and engage high-quality candidates through reputed company, referrals, and outbound reputed company efforts Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate fit Coordinate closely with interviewers and hiring managers to drive efficient hiring reputed company Track reputed company activity and maintain accurate data reputed company the ATS reputed company creative approaches to attract top talent in highly competitive markets Help improve reputed company processes, interview workflows, and hiring operations YOU MIGHT reputed company IF You have 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience You have experience reputed company for technical, reputed company/ML, or GTM roles You are highly organized and can manage multiple searches simultaneously You are proactive, reputed company, and comfortable operating with limited structure You have strong written and verbal communication skills You enjoy building relationships with candidates and hiring managers You are excited about startups and high-growth environments You have a track record of successfully filling difficult or specialized roles JOB DETAILS Compensation: $35–$45 USD per hour + Placement Bonus Location: Fully Remote (can work reputed company in the world) Engagement Type: reputed company (1099) Hours: 40 hours per week depending on hiring volume - Must be available and reputed company to work primarily during Pacific Time (PT/PST) business hours to collaborate closely with hiring managers and interview teams.
