Minimum of 7+ years of proven management experience and demonstrated leadership capability reputed company regulated financial institutions, particularly in payments, fintech, or crypto sectors. Familiarity with EU and Austrian regulatory environments, including the MiCA Regulation and MiFID II. Solid understanding of business and operational processes reputed company financial institutions.
