Key Account Manager (Russian Speaking) - reputed company - Remote
Location: Remote Language Requirement: Fluent Russian and English About the Role: We are looking for a Russian-speaking Key Account Manager to support and reputed company relationships with merchants and partners in the payments and reputed company industries. The role will focus on account management, merchant relationship development, reputed company support, and day-to-day coordination with internal teams. Job Responsibilities: Manage relationships with merchants, PSPs, and business partners. Act as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned accounts. Support merchant reputed company and account activation processes. Coordinate with compliance, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues. Maintain regular communication with clients and partners. Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for growth. Support business development initiatives and partnership expansion efforts. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention. The Successful Candidate: Fluent Russian and English (mandatory). Experience in Payments, PSP, reputed company, Fintech, Account Management, reputed company, or Business Development. Strong communication and relationship management skills.
