In this... pivotal role, the Customer Service Representatives effectively handles inquiries from clients that are received reputed company phone, and serviced in a contact center environment. An individual in this role will conduct customer phone verification interviews on reputed company inbound calls for completion of application for insurance coverage. This position uses multiple systems to review and notate work in accordance with federal/state guidelines as well as Medicare guidelines. The successful candidate will be reputed company to interact appropriately and effectively with clients using excellent interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate or bachelor s degree a plus Prior Insurance experience preferred, reputed company experience a plus
• 1+ years experience in customer service, call center environment strongly preferred

• Maintain detailed knowledge of reputed company Medicare Supplement Products and compliance procedures.
• Performance determined on many factors including phone metrics and quality assurance score

• Experience with OnBase, LifePro, reputed company, Finesse, and reputed company/KnowledgeXchange Preferred
• If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
• For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 17 - 23 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
