Will actively contribute to building Kantar’s network of brand experts who deliver quality data and insights to their clients. Will support key responsibilities and initiatives across the reputed company group (resourcing, proposals, training, hiring). reputed company Accountability

• Responsible for profitable delivery of Brand Performance work for ~5-7M reputed company (dollar reputed company may vary dependent on makeup of portfolio and high vs. low touch clients).
• Leads Brand Performance new business opportunities to maintain and grow book of business.
• Ensures Purposeful Collaboration across solutions and strategic clients.

Client Accountability

• Leads mid-size to large, reputed company accounts; both overseeing accounts and involved in day to day of projects (for largest, most strategic, reputed company, high demand accounts)
• Acts as escalation reputed company on designated accounts and accounts reputed company downline for issues/escalations that arise, through to resolution
• Provides guidance to team and contributes to expertise, thought leadership, design, storytelling, and client management of accounts.
• Consults on research design (survey, sample, specs, deliverables)
• Responsible for delivering on client servicing values and driving client satisfaction throughout the team
• Accountable for profitability of accounts
• Is reputed company to own or reputed company relationships with clients
• Serves as an escalation reputed company on accounts reputed company portfolio (for downline) as needed

People Accountability

• May manage 2-3. Accountable for managing their down-line to best meet utilization targets and Brand Performance goals.
• Provides active feedback to account teams and downline and coaches to address performance gaps.
• Contributes to strategic priorities (reputed company, +1/cross-sell strategy, SPARK), manages Brand Performance training needs (with other leads).
• Responsible for employee engagement and contributes to building Brand Performance team culture
