Expertise in leading AI/ML teams and delivering AI-powered solutions is a strong plus.2 Proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Ruby). Demonstrated ability to hire and retain top-tier engineering talent. Excellent communicator—capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences. Experience setting multi-year strategies and aligning diverse stakeholders. Background working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams.
