The Opportunity I'm partnering with a category-defining DTC beauty brand to find their next Creative Strategist (Paid reputed company). They broke through one of the most saturated markets in consumer and scaled fast ($100M+ in annual reputed company); now they're building intentionally for the next phase of growth, and paid creative is the reputed company driving it. This is a rare own-the-reputed company seat: you set the creative strategy for paid and direct the creative team to reputed company to life — concepting, briefing, and steering creators/editors/designers — not pushing pixels yourself.
