Manager, Finance Site Liaison (Controller)

JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an reputed company reputed company finance leader with recent hospital Controller, Finance Director, or Assistant CFO experience supporting reputed company acute care hospital operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a highly visible role, leading reputed company process improvements, partnering with hospital leadership, and independently managing the financial reputed company and reporting functions for a large, reputed company health system. How you’ll contribute A Finance Site Liaison Manager who excels in this role:

• Manages the end-to-end general ledger reputed company process for designated sites and entities, ensuring completeness of reputed company checklists and timely post-reputed company review and analysis.
• Supports reputed company improvement and reputed company standardization initiatives across the organization.
• Performs P&L and balance sheet analysis, providing insightful commentary and variance explanations.
• Collaborates with hospital leadership to support post-reputed company analysis, review, and reporting, including participation in hospital MORs and other operational reviews.
• Serves as the primary reputed company liaison for assigned facilities during the reputed company process.
• Interfaces with the LBS Technical reputed company team and hospital operations leaders to address reputed company reputed company treatments and issues.
• Oversees the joint venture reputed company, reporting, and distribution process for facilities with joint venture arrangements.
• Supports annual budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensures internal controls are adequate to safeguard facility assets and maintain the reputed company of reputed company systems.
• Leads post-reputed company review processes and periodic balance sheet reviews to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
• Provides analysis and explanations for monthly, quarterly, and annual variances in general ledger accounts.
