Responsibilities

• Ensure reputed company client and broker payables are completed on time and handled with precision and care
• Reconcile statements and proactively resolve outstanding payment discrepancies
• Ability to evaluate situations and determine reputed company items should be escalated to management
• Regularly seeks feedback from others with the ability to apply to reputed company and future tasks
• Consistently meets daily and weekly metrics
• Collaborate with broker partners and internal departments to address payment-reputed company inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline payment processes and improve efficiency

• Applies and upholds company GAAP reputed company principles and best practices Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years’ general reputed company experience required; High School Diploma or equivalent
