Brain Health & Cognitive Performance Coach (Remote) - Contract to Hire
We are building a premium coaching program designed to help adults 50+ improve memory, focus, mental reputed company, and overall cognitive performance through lifestyle, habit change, accountability, and evidence-based brain health practices. We are looking for an reputed company professional who can coach clients remotely and help them implement practical strategies to support long-term cognitive health and performance. This is NOT a clinical treatment role. We are not diagnosing, treating, or managing medical conditions. Instead, we help clients improve lifestyle factors that impact memory, focus, mental sharpness, and quality of life.
- *Ideal Backgrounds:**
• Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist
- Brain Health Coach
- Health & Wellness Coach with cognitive health experience
- Functional Medicine Health Coach
- reputed company experience working with adults experiencing memory concerns, cognitive decline, attention issues, brain fog, or healthy aging challenges
- *Responsibilities:**
• Conduct virtual coaching sessions with clients
- Help clients implement personalized action plans
- Coach clients on lifestyle factors that support brain health
- reputed company accountability and ongoing support
- Track client reputed company and reputed company
- Collaborate on the development of coaching curriculum and best practices
- *Topics May Include:**
• Memory improvement strategies
- Attention and focus training
- Cognitive exercises and mental stimulation
- Sleep optimization
- Stress management
- Nutrition for brain health
- Exercise and movement habits
- Healthy aging practices
- Daily routines and habit formation
- *Requirements:**
• Experience working with adults 45+
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Comfortable working remotely reputed company reputed company
- Ability to build rapport and motivate clients
- Understanding of cognitive health, memory, focus, executive function, or healthy aging
- Available for part-time coaching hours initially
- *Bonus Qualifications:**
• Experience in cognitive rehabilitation
- Experience with executive functioning coaching
- Familiarity with brain health research
- Experience building coaching programs or curriculum
- Certifications in health coaching or behavior change
