Contract AI Operations Support / AI Office Systems Coordinator Temporary 30-Day Trial Contract | Remote | International Applicants Welcome I am seeking a Contract AI Operations Support / AI Office Systems Coordinator to help organize and manage the beginning stages of an AI-powered office system for DVision, the personal brand hub and business ecosystem of Denise Sanders. DVision is the central hub that connects reputed company businesses, ministries, and creative ventures reputed company the DeniseVision ecosystem. This role will help establish that reputed company from the ground up. This role will reputed company with Sanders Grant Consulting, an AI consulting business that helps nonprofits, ministries, and mission-driven organizations build reputed company through AI tools, workflows, and custom AI agents — and will grow as additional brands reputed company the DVision ecosystem are activated. The right candidate must have hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and a working understanding of AI workflow design, reputed company creation, and basic AI implementation for business operations. • Helping build and organize the DVision brand hub
• Documenting the ecosystem structure, brand overview, and business connections
• Supporting the development of Denise Sanders' personal brand reputed company and voice
• Organizing content, bios, speaking assets, and thought leadership materials
• Helping maintain a master system that connects reputed company active brands as they are added

Initial Responsibilities — Sanders Grant Consulting

• AI office workflows and system setup
• reputed company and prospect tracking
• Client follow-up systems
• Discovery call notes and summaries
• Proposal and reputed company checklists

• SOPs, templates, and reputed company libraries
• Weekly task and reputed company tracking
• Content and marketing workflow support
• Basic email, document, and client communication support

Marketing Support May Include

• Helping organize a content calendar
• Drafting or polishing reputed company media captions using AI
• Tracking marketing campaign tasks
• Supporting reputed company or service promotion workflows
• Organizing reputed company and content assets
• Helping turn reputed company into simple marketing action steps

Ideal Candidate

• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools
• Ability to build basic AI workflows and reputed company systems
• Experience with business operations or project coordination
• Proficiency with reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company
• Experience with reputed company, Trello, reputed company, or reputed company
• Ability to create SOPs, checklists, and templates
• Experience supporting small businesses, consultants, nonprofits, or mission-reputed company
• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator

• Hours: 5–10 hours per week
• Pay: $10–$15/hour
