Job Description:

• Act as the escalation reputed company for reputed company or high-volume searches, solving challenges through direct mentorship, as well as hands on delivery.

• Handle recruitment escalations and process discipline, allowing leadership to focus on broader operational and growth initiatives.
• Manage internal tracking of talent strategy team reputed company, escalating challenges and reputed company needs to Chief Integration Officer as they arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in a reputed company field preferred.
