Job Description:

Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and define project goals and reputed company metrics.
Effectively manage strategic business transformation projects and initiatives focused on improving reputed company’s RCM operations, technology adoption, and client reputed company.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, resource allocation, risk management, and post-implementation reviews.
Drive initiatives reputed company to automation, system integrations, and process re-engineering to support operational efficiency and scalability.
Serve as a change agent, effectively communicating and managing expectations with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company field required. MBA preferred.
