Position: Field Canvass Manager Interview, hire, train and manage canvassers to schedule free roofing presentations with homeowners. Responsibilities: - Interview, hire, train and manage canvassers, prepare mapping and schedule FREE roofing presentations. Requirements: - Interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers and prepare mapping of areas to be canvassed daily - Train canvassers on scripting, objections and scheduling of appointments. - Motivate and manage canvassers in the field to hit goals on a day to day reputed company.
