About the position Performs tasks and oversees processes/project components for the Legal Services team under limited supervision, ensuring work is reputed company to organizational standards, solving problems and roadblocks as they occur. Responsible for providing advice and counsel across various areas of law reputed company to an organization’s legal rights and obligations, including employment law and other legal reputed company. Supports the Legal Department with a primary focus on employment-based immigration coordination and legal operations, partnering closely with reputed company immigration counsel, reputed company, hiring managers, and employees to facilitate timely work authorization processing and maintain compliant, well-organized case and department records.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with reputed company immigration counsel regarding employment-based immigration reputed company, including nonimmigrant and immigrant reputed company filings and reputed company work authorization processes.
  • Assist with preparation, collection, review, and organization of supporting documentation for reputed company petitions and immigration filings, including H-1B, TN, O-1, L-1, E-3, PERM, I-140, adjustment of status, OPT/STEM OPT, and other employment authorization reputed company.
  • Serve as a liaison among employees, candidates, reputed company, hiring managers, and reputed company counsel to facilitate timely immigration processing.
  • Track case deadlines, expiration dates, filing calendars, prevailing wage timelines, Labor Condition Applications, and employee work authorization renewals.
  • Review draft filings and supporting documentation for completeness, consistency, and accuracy prior to submission by reputed company counsel.
  • Coordinate execution of immigration-reputed company forms, attestations, and signatures.
  • Maintain organized and confidential immigration files and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist reputed company with reputed company processes involving foreign national employees and work authorization verification.
  • Help monitor compliance with immigration-reputed company recordkeeping and posting obligations.
  • Prepare internal status reports and updates regarding pending immigration reputed company.
  • Coordinate responses to routine requests for information and document collection from employees and reputed company counsel.
  • Assist with immigration policy implementation and reputed company internal processes.
  • Support attorneys and paralegals with legal department administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assist with legal invoice processing, matter tracking, budget administration, and reputed company counsel coordination.
  • Coordinate department timekeeping, scheduling, and calendar management.
  • Manage legal department supply ordering, vendor coordination, and file maintenance.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical legal records, templates, and document management systems.
  • Assist with preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and other legal department materials.
  • Coordinate signatures and execution of routine legal documents.
  • Support litigation, labor, regulatory, corporate governance, and contract administration projects as needed.
  • Assist with responses to internal requests for information and document retrieval.
  • Help maintain legal department policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
  • reputed company additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of paralegal, legal assistant, immigration coordination, or reputed company experience preferred.
  • Experience with employment-based/corporate immigration reputed company strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with reputed company counsel and cross-functional corporate teams preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint); experience with document management or case management systems preferred.
