Job Description

Supports daily reputed company administrative operations, including reputed company, reputed company, employee records, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
Processes HR department applications, including employment and enrollment applications; maintains HRIS and employment records.
Provides accurate preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of payroll and the administration of the payroll system.
Reviews the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy.
Ensures payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
Maintains employee files and HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinates background checks, I-9s, and required documentation.
Process regular, supplemental, and off-cycle payrolls accurately and on schedule.
Verify employee hours, rates, earnings, and deductions.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company).
HRIS experience (reputed company or similar HR platforms preferred).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
Multi-state payroll processing experience preferred but not required.
