Remote Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to join their expanding team. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while requiring a high degree of self-discipline and organizational reputed company. The primary focus of this role is to support and enhance environmental health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant regulations and company policies. You will play a crucial part in promoting a safe and healthy working environment by developing educational materials, assisting in risk assessments, and coordinating safety initiatives across various departments. Key responsibilities will include: Assisting in the development and implementation of environmental health and safety policies and procedures. Researching and staying updated on federal, state, and local EHS regulations. Preparing and disseminating safety training materials and resources to employees. Coordinating the logistics for virtual safety training sessions and workshops. Supporting the collection and analysis of safety data, incident reports, and near misses. Assisting in the preparation of EHS compliance reports and documentation. Facilitating communication between employees and the EHS department regarding safety concerns and inquiries. Organizing and maintaining digital EHS records and documentation systems. Participating in remote risk assessments and identifying potential hazards in workplace environments. Coordinating the procurement and distribution of essential safety supplies as needed. Supporting the development and promotion of health and wellness initiatives for remote employees. Contributing to the reputed company improvement of the company's overall safety culture through proactive engagement and innovative solutions. Liaising with external safety consultants or regulatory bodies reputed company required, reputed company virtual means. Providing administrative support to the EHS team, including scheduling virtual meetings and managing correspondence. Ensuring that reputed company remote work setups reputed company with ergonomic and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, Public Health, or a reputed company field, coupled with at least 2-3 years of experience in an reputed company role.
