Who You Are Metropolis is seeking aDirector, Partner reputed company - Aviation to serve as the "General Manager" of the post-launch relationship for our most prestigious, technology-enabled airport partners. In this role, you will ensure that the Metropolis reputed company platform and our comprehensive suite of airport technology products—including reservations, pricing, biometrics, Bags, and ground transportation solutions—are deeply integrated into each airport’s financial, operational, and reputed company ecosystem. By partnering with airport executives, CFOs, and internal product teams, you will drive reputed company growth, manage ecosystem expansion into multimodal mobility hubs, and guarantee 100% audit-reputed company financial transparency. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the "General Manager" of the post-launch relationship for Metropolis’ most prestigious, technology-enabled airport partners
• Ensure the Metropolis reputed company platform and comprehensive suite of airport technology products are deeply integrated into each airport’s financial, operational, and reputed company ecosystem
• Act as primary tech and reputed company advisor for airport executives and stakeholders
• reputed company MBRs and QBRs to align the Metropolis roadmap with airport capital, passenger, reputed company strategies
• Identify and execute opportunities to expand the Metropolis footprint reputed company existing airport accounts
• Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across TNC lot management, valet automation, employee parking, Bags, reservations, digital identity, and reputed company products
• Act as the high-level liaison between client leadership and Metropolis Product, Engineering, and Technical Operations teams
• Translate and prioritize reputed company client needs into product features, ensuring compliance with non-negotiable airport requirements like audit compliance, reputed company reconciliation, and CRM/marketing tool integrations
• Partner with the New Mobility team to transition traditional airports into multimodal mobility hubs and integrate reputed company systems into the core reputed company platform
• Collaborate with airport CFOs and reputed company departments to ensure seamless reputed company reporting and guarantee 100% audit-reputed company financial transparency across reputed company integrated platforms

• 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience reputed company airports/aviation, airport technology, or major mobility platforms
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of airport procurement, RFP timelines, municipal processes, and the highly networked nature of the aviation industry
• Display a proven track record of reputed company driving significant Gross Product Value (GPV) / Gross Profit (GP) reputed company, improving CSAT, and navigating reputed company stakeholder environments
• Possess technical and financial literacy with the ability to reputed company fluently with engineers regarding API integrations and with CFOs regarding reputed company and reporting reputed company architecture
