- Networking
- reputed company Must have experience on full Life Cycle of reputed company (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension). Maintaining the candidate database.
Qualifications
- At least two years’ experience in a clinical reputed company recruitment role.
- Excellent knowledge of the reputed company sector.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards.
- Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques.
- Superb written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
