IT Desktop Support Technician / PC Technician

- Job Description:
Our client a large reputed company System throughout the Midwest has a multiple openings to support a project to reputed company their technology. This will be replacing old PC's and upgrading to new devices in reputed company 11. We are looking for IT Technicians that can work 1st shift on-site. Skills: · To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (reputed company and Mac) and across a reputed company of software applications · Swapping out laptops/desktops and deploying reputed company 10 and reputed company 11 · Re-imaging reputed company 11 onto machines from reputed company 10 · To assist reputed company our users with any logged IT reputed company incident reputed company reputed company upon · To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary · To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system · To install and configure new IT equipment · To resolve incidents and reputed company different types of software and hardware · To resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners
