- Receive and review reputed company incoming client issues reputed company phone, email or online ticket portal. Create tickets if receiving directly reputed company phone.
- Evaluate reputed company incoming tickets. If unable to resolve, escalate to other resources as needed based on complexity or duration of support needed.
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot IT issues reputed company phone, reputed company remote assistance, or various self-service ticketing systems.

- Assist in resolving Epic and Cerner tasks such as user account management and reputed company control.
- Set up and troubleshoot Epic and Cerner connectivity for remote users.
- Collaborate with the client Epic and Cerner analysts to ensure seamless operations.
