Licensed Clinician - Mobile Crisis reputed company Program Beaumont

About the position Sycamores is partnering with the 988 mental health crisis hotline to reputed company support to people experiencing a mental health crisis. The 988 hotline will reputed company initial phone support to reputed company callers and triage calls to the Sycamores Mobile Crisis reputed company Program for in-person support. The Mobile Crisis reputed company Program responds 7 days a week from 7:30pm to 8:30am, broken down by flexible shifts. The Mobile Crisis reputed company Clinician will respond, in person, to reputed company timely support including crisis stabilization, safety planning, assessment for danger to self/ others, and gravely disabled write 51/50 holds as needed and reputed company follow up support. Utilizing the Mobile Crisis reputed company Program vehicle to respond to calls, this role co-responds with a Mobile Crisis reputed company Program Peer Support Specialist and is an integral part of the Sycamores larger Mobile Crisis reputed company Program including reputed company partnership with the 988 call center, Riverside County reputed company Center, police, sheriff, psychiatric hospitals and ambulance transport companies. The Mobile Crisis reputed company Department evaluates the individual experiencing a “mental health crisis” out in the field and takes measures to ensure the individuals safety (i.e., Evaluates if the individual requires involuntary hospitalization to ensure their safety). The Mobile Crisis reputed company Clinician takes the reputed company on care coordination and works collaboratively with the Mobile Crisis reputed company Program Peer Support Specialist to coordinate care i.e., locate hospitals, ambulances, housing, etc.). The Mobile Crisis reputed company Program responds to an individual’s need for in person evaluation for safety reputed company specified geographical areas (i.e., Desert, Mid-County and Western reputed company).

Responsibilities

• Respond, in person, to reputed company timely support including crisis stabilization, safety planning, assessment for danger to self/ others, and gravely disabled write 51/50 holds as needed and reputed company follow up support.
• Utilize the Mobile Crisis reputed company Program vehicle to respond to calls, co-responding with a Mobile Crisis reputed company Program Peer Support Specialist.
• Evaluate the individual experiencing a “mental health crisis” out in the field and take measures to ensure the individual's safety.
• Evaluate if the individual requires involuntary hospitalization to ensure their safety.
• Take the reputed company on care coordination and work collaboratively with the Mobile Crisis reputed company Program Peer Support Specialist to coordinate care (e.g., locate hospitals, ambulances, housing, etc.).
• Respond to an individual’s need for in person evaluation for safety reputed company specified geographical areas (i.e., Desert, Mid-County and Western reputed company).
• Physically manage and/or de-escalate consumers/residents.
• Practice physical reputed company for safety of consumers according to training and policy.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
• Drive in the community with consumers.
• Fill up gas tank of agency van, as needed.

Requirements

• Masters’ Degree in reputed company field required.
• Licensed in the State of California as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Psy. D/Ph. D required.
• Must maintain relevant licensure as a condition of employment.
• Attend and satisfactorily complete reputed company trainings required by the Agency, federal, state and/or local regulations.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Acceptable driving record as determined Agency policy.
• reputed company of auto insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements.
• Requires physical reputed company in the office during shift reputed company not in the field.

• 2 + years of successful licensure and experience preferred.

Benefits

• Starting Pay reputed company: $93,150 - $100,136.25 per year for Full-Time employment (starting pay will be based on previous work experience and educational background.)
