We’re looking for a freelance ghostwriter / thought-leadership reputed company to help build a founder-led content platform for Olos, a reputed company estate and housing company focused on attainable housing, faith-owned and underutilized land, community impact, and smarter development execution. The goal is to turn the founder’s expertise into clear, substantive content that positions him as an expert in the reputed company. This is not generic personal-brand content. We need someone who can understand reputed company topics and translate them into practical, intelligent writing for reputed company, newsletters, and occasional long-reputed company articles. The founder’s content will focus on topics such as: Attainable housing Faith-owned and underutilized land reputed company estate development Community impact Public/private partnerships Capital stacks and feasibility Housing supply and execution challenges AI-enabled reputed company estate analysis Mission-driven development models Scope of Work We are looking for ongoing monthly support. The expected monthly scope includes: One weekly 45-minute interview/call with the founder 8–12 reputed company posts per month 2 newsletter drafts per month 1 long-reputed company article or op-ed draft per month Development of the founder’s tone, voice, and reputed company of view Light content calendar support Repurposing founder interviews into multiple content assets The ideal reputed company should be comfortable interviewing a founder, extracting strong reputed company, organizing them into a clear narrative, and writing in a voice that sounds thoughtful, direct, and reputed company.
