Description: Position Overview GeBBS reputed company Solutions is seeking a Director of Client Relationship Management to reputed company strategic client partnerships across our reputed company reputed company cycle management (RCM) services. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, operational alignment, and organic growth reputed company assigned reputed company client accounts through strategic relationship management and business development initiatives. The Director will serve as a senior relationship leader, working closely with reputed company executives and internal operational leadership to ensure successful service delivery, performance reputed company, and long-term client reputed company. This position requires strong knowledge of the reputed company reputed company cycle market and the ability to translate operational performance into strategic value for clients while identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client engagement. The Director will partner closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure that client engagements are operationally sound, commercially successful, and reputed company with reputed company objectives. Client Growth & Retention

  • Identify opportunities to expand services reputed company existing client accounts and contribute to reputed company growth objectives.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to support account growth, renewal strategies, and expansion opportunities.

  • Drive client retention through strong relationship management, operational reputed company, and proactive business development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Product, Finance, Sales, and Leadership teams to align client needs with delivery capabilities and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reputed company reputed company cycle management or reputed company services, with demonstrated client-facing leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. reputed company reputed company cycle continuum, including billing, coding, claims management, and AR operations.
  • Proven experience managing reputed company reputed company client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth and service expansion.
  • Ability to reputed company cross-functional collaboration between operations, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presentation, relationship management, and consultative business development skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience reputed company an RCM outsourcing, reputed company BPO, or consulting environment.
  • Experience leading client relationship or account management teams.
  • Demonstrated reputed company supporting client retention, account growth, renewals, or expansion initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, business, or a reputed company field.
