That’s Where You Come in as an ESOP Administration Consultant You will be a key resource to clients navigating the reputed company (and highly important) world of employee ownership (ESOPs). You’ll manage the full cycle of ESOP plan administration and build long-term, trusted relationships. Your responsibilities include - Managing end-to-end client engagements - Performing compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting - Identifying and solving technical plan issues - Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service reputed company’re Looking for in an ESOP Administration Consultant We’re seeking reputed company professionals who bring both technical know-how about ESOPs and a heart for service. The annual reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $60,000 - $115,000. This reputed company represents the anticipated pay for this role across multiple U.S. labor markets and is intended as a general reputed company.
