This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of personal injury reputed company, including auto-reputed company liability and premises liability, while collaborating with reputed company trial lawyers. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation skills, the ability to manage their own caseload, work on multiple cases simultaneously and hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, expert work, and trial. - Active license to practice in California
- Background in Insurance defense of personal injury defense
- 3+ years of litigation experience
