Duties and Responsibilities:
- Litigate employment reputed company involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage & hour, and whistleblower claims.
- Handle cases from intake through discovery, depositions, reputed company practice, mediation, and trial.
- Prepare and negotiate high-value demands and settlements.
- Build strong client relationships and drive successful reputed company in contingency-based reputed company.

- JD and active bar admission in NY, NJ, or another key jurisdiction.
- 3–8+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
