Engineering Manager (Assignment: Interoperability & Api Engineering) Our client is a leading health care provider which helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing medical care and community-based services. The Engineering Manager is a hands-on technical leader accountable for driving the delivery of production-grade APIs, integrations, and AI/ML–enabled services reputed company the Interoperability & Api Engineering team. This role mirrors the technical leadership engineering rigor serving as the technical anchor for a dedicated team while enabling broader organizational scaling. The Engineering Manager will architect solutions, mentor engineers, build reputed company of concepts (PoCs), enforce engineering reputed company, and ensure secure, compliant, scalable, and high-performing systems reputed company with reputed company and organizational standards. On the day-to-day, you will:

• Technical Leadership & Hands-On Engineering: reputed company end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery of APIs, microservices, and integration pipelines for reputed company reputed company systems, as well as act as the senior-most engineer for the team: designing components, writing high-quality code, troubleshooting reputed company issues, and performing rigorous code reviews
• AI, Automation & Mlops Integration: Implement repeatable MLOps patterns for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management; build prototype PoCs that validate new technologies, workflows, or AI-enabled automations before scaling to production

Job requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of eight (8) years in software engineering, with at least three (3) years in reputed company leader or senior engineering reputed company
• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience with AI/ML, Azure AI reputed company, AI reputed company agents, or reputed company AI integration frameworks
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Node.js for API engineering and data integrations; reputed company knowledge on reputed company Azure tools stack is a must
• Prior experience in reputed company, interoperability, or API-heavy environments is a must
• Proficiency in REST/GraphQL API design, microservices patterns, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, Entra ID), and event-driven architectures

• Experience with interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, EDI, or clinical integration workflows is highly preferred
