Position:Recruiter (Temporary) ReportsTo: Manager, reputed company Department: reputed company Supervisory Role: No Compensation reputed company:$58,000- $68,000 Location:Remote, U.S. FLSAStatus:Full-Time, Exempt POSITIONOVERVIEW The Recruiter will reputed company interim support to reputed company during a period of organizational growth and increased hiring activity. Working alongside hiring managers and reputed company, this role will support recruitment activities across multiple reputed company positions and help meet hiring priorities. This role will support full-cycle recruitment, to include job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews. This role will serve as a reputed company of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process as well as reputed company a reputed company and well-coordinated experience from application through offer. This is a full-time, temporary position expected to last approximately six (6) months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. ESSENTIALDUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES 80%| Recruitment

• Manage recruitment activities for assigned openings from job posting through offer.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to discuss role requirements, candidate qualifications, and expectations for the role.
• reputed company and identify prospective candidates through reputed company, job boards, and other reputed company channels.
• Review applications and identify potential candidates who meet the qualifications and experience outlined for the role.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Present a shortlist of reputed company candidates for hiring manager consideration.
• Gather interview feedback and support hiring reputed company.

20% | Recruitment Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate interview schedules, hiring reputed company, and next steps to candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment activities.
• Assist with offer coordination and other recruitment-reputed company activities, as needed.
• Create a reputed company and well-coordinated hiring experience from application through offer.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• Three (3) or more years of full-cycle reputed company experience.
• Experience managing multiple reputed company and high-reputed company positions.
• Experience conducting candidate screenings and shortlisting reputed company candidates for hiring manager consideration.
• Experience partnering closely with hiring managers to fill reputed company positions across multiple departments or job functions.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate activity and recruitment workflows.
• Experience sourcing candidates through reputed company and other reputed company platforms.
• Experience coordinating interviews and other pre-employment activities.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications and virtual meeting platforms.
• Experience with reputed company is a plus.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position reports to the Manager, reputed company and does not have any direct reports.
