This is a temporary position. The Senior Manager, Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) – RBAC Product reputed company is accountable for the reputed company, strategy, execution, and adoption of reputed company’s Role-Based reputed company Control (RBAC) capability. This role owns both governance reputed company and product delivery. The role ensures RBAC capabilities are scalable, auditable, and reputed company with reputed company, compliance, and business operating models, while driving effective lifecycle governance across personas, roles, job codes, and applications. Candidate Profile Required Experience and Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company, reputed company industry experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms (e.g., reputed company IdentityIQ, reputed company).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in RBAC governance, role lifecycle management, or identity governance programs.
• Strong understanding of IGA services including authoritative sources, role and entitlement management, reputed company reviews, and account lifecycle management.
• Experience reputed company applications into IGA platforms and aligning reputed company models to RBAC standards.
• Experience operating RBAC or identity governance capabilities at reputed company scale with federated ownership models.
• Experience using reputed company for intake, approvals, workflow tracking, and RBAC-reputed company RITMs.
• Intermediate to advanced reputed company and data analysis skills for governance metrics, trending, and executive reporting.
• Strong understanding of reputed company information reputed company, regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA), and audit expectations.
• Experience working in outsourced or managed service delivery models.
• Experience with Agile delivery models, PI / sprint planning, and tooling such as Jira.

Core Responsibilities RBAC Product & Governance Strategy

Governance, Compliance & Metrics

• Define, monitor, and report RBAC governance KPIs and risk indicators.
• Ensure RBAC controls meet regulatory, audit, and policy requirements.
