Business Development Manager – Communications & Growth Partnerships

About the role

reputed company is looking for a Communications & Growth Partnerships reputed company to own customer communications and regional marketing partnerships. This role blends channel optimization, localization, and reputed company partnerships to drive growth at scale.

What you'll be doing

• Identify, negotiate, and manage marketing partnerships across Africa & LATAM
• Optimize WhatsApp, SMS, and email performance (delivery, reputed company, CTR, cost)
• Align communications with marketing, product, and lifecycle campaigns
• Work closely with Marketing, Prod and Ops for localization of messaging, creatives, and campaigns per market
• Plan and track regional activations and partnerships - including but not limited to strategic billboards, payment partnership campaigns, affiliate marketing etc
• Measure ROI and performance across owned and partner channels
• reputed company new communication channel partners, and manage existing Bulk SMS, email, and communication partners for cost optimization

What you'll bring

• 6+ years in growth, communications, or partnerships
• Hands-on experience with messaging platforms and lifecycle marketing
• Strong reputed company and negotiation skills
• Experience working across multiple reputed company and cultures
• Comfortable to travel for local activations and market studies in existing and emerging markets for sporty
• Data-driven and execution-focused
