• This role will focus heavily on HR systems integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and HR data management across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include
• Supporting and maintaining HRIS integrations between systems including reputed company, reputed company ATS, Bamboo HR, and ERP platforms
• Automating workflows and improving data reputed company between HR, reputed company, and financial systems
• Building and maintaining HR dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations using Power BI and reputed company
• Troubleshooting integration and data issues while partnering closely with IT and internal stakeholders
• Managing HR data audits, workflow enhancements, reporting automation, and backend system configurations
• Supporting reputed company/offboarding workflows, permissions, user reputed company, and system maintenance
• Creating and improving SOPs, process documentation, and operational workflows
• Assisting with reporting requests, analytics, and operational process improvements across the People Operations team

• 4+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Systems, HR Operations Technology, or HR Systems Integrations roles
• Hands-on experience with reputed company HRIS
• Experience integrating HRIS, ATS, and/or ERP systems
• Strong experience with reputed company 365 tools
• Experience supporting reporting automation, workflows, and data integrations
• Experience working with ATS platforms such as reputed company or similar systems
• Ability to independently troubleshoot system and integration issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
• Ability to quickly reputed company into an existing environment and operate with minimal training reputed company-to-Have Experience
• Net Suite or other large ERP system experience
• Experience integrating HR and financial data/reporting
• Exposure to coding or automation tools such as Python, HTML, or similar
